Medical Executive
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
- Execute medical service for the assigned franchise (s) including but not limited to trainings for internal customers, create and execute medical strategies that deliver value for new launches and key in-line growth drivers
- Develop attributes that address unmet medical needs throughout the lifecycle of the brands
- Maintain a strong culture of collaboration and seamless interactions with different functions such as marketing, sales, regulatory, clinical trial, pharmacovigilance etc for company initiatives to contribute to business growth
- Assisting team in reputation management to ensure positive brand message; serve as company’s spokesperson for related medical topics.
- Heighten product awareness and benefit profile with development of research/clinical data.
- Distinguish product from competitors:
- Resolving stakeholder concerns by building early consensus/statement, maintaining focus on core issues with continual updates via executive briefing, gathering perspective from internal team and setting clear goals for discussion.
- Establishing and fostering relationships with key stakeholders; most notably, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Engage in activities including but not limited to advocacy development, speaker identification and development, technical support, formulary presentation, and medical education initiative support.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Medicine or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Healthcare - Pharmacy or equivalent.

Associate Manager QC Laboratory

Responsibilities:
- Ensure that corporate and EQ System and SOPs are implemented in QC activities inline with quality standards/cGMP. GLP
- Responsible to coordinate the QC activities, improve productivity and efficiency and plan work to ensure that deadlines and customer service demands are met
- Ensure QC's SOPs, testing procedures, specifications and other QC document are proper and valid
- Responsible to review testing results of products and monitoring and ensure that the result comply with the specification before forwarding to QC Manager
- Ensure the testing results of raw materials and micro test comply with the specification before approve for use and ensure that out of specification procedure is implemented and reported
- Ensure that the yearly schedule of water monitoring, environmental monitoring and QC equipment calibration are available by beginning of the year and implemented as per schedule as well as quarterly, yearly review of water environment monitoring result
- Consistently develops team through feedback and coaching, performance management in all aspect contibuting to a higher performing team and effectively resolves difficult situations
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Technical Sales Representative (TSR)

Responsibilities:
- Ensure the achievement of sales and GP target in the designated area for the designated product range assigned by superior
- Ensure the full coverage of the market, existing and potential customers, maintain the contacts with all relevant customers, dealers
- Responsible for the effective implementation of action plan in line with business strategy in designated area and product range
- Actively implement and support promotional activities; product campaigns, seminar, customer focus groups, in house training, etc.
- Displays or demonstrates product using samples, demo units, brochure or catalog.
- Keep customers informed on new products or services, pricing and change
- Regularly monitor and review sales achievement in one own area.
- Coordinate with internal sales representative/customer care center officer, provide updated information about the customers, dealers, etc. in order to keep account actice and/or literature up to date.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in Marketing/Sales, or equivalent preferably in Chemicals or Pharmaceuticals field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
