Business Unit Manager

- Male / Female, age minimum 27 years old
- Hold S1/S2 degree from reputable university, majoring in Marketing Management or Engineering (Industrial, Food -Technology, Chemical) with min. GPA 3.50 or 3.00 with academic achievement and/or organizational experience.
- Minimum 5 years experience in related position (including areas such as Marketing, Finance, and Operational), preferably from consumer goods industry.
- Possess strong managerial, leadership, interpersonal skill and self - motivated.
- Good command in English (both written and spoken) would be an advantage
Plant Operational Manager (POM)
(Jakarta, Tangerang and Surabaya)Responsibilities:
- Make sure all operational process seamlessly
- Make sure cost of all production process
- Ensuring the use of human resources in accordance with the target
- Making report about operational process (production process,production planning and inventory control, quality control, and technician process) to Business Unit Manager.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Biology, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
- Between 25 - 32 years old
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (FMCG).
- Preferably Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent. Job role in Management or Production Technician/Operator.
- 1 Full-Time positions available.
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta and Surabaya
- Willing to travel from Jakarta to Surabaya and Surabaya to Jakarta
