Business Finance Manager
Jakarta Raya - Central Jakarta
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be managing the finance cell in line with QR policies while following internal accounting procedures and provide business finance support to the Country Manager.
- Ensuring timely and accurate monthly closing as per target dates given by Head Office;
- Compute price, volume and DOE variances and control costs by putting effective action plans;
- Collecting receivables and paying payables as per due dates with no penalties;
- Negotiating contracts with best possible terms;
- Controlling assets and ensuring all exposures are insured;
- Manage effectively funds, annual budgets and internal and external audits;
- Performing costing and evaluation of all local projects and giving SWOT analysis;
- Providing accurate financial information to support sound business decisions;
- Training and mentoring of staff.
- Commerce and/or Accounting Graduate with a professional accounting certificate like CA /CPA. Along with this MBA Finance will be added advantage;
- Minimum 5 years experience with at least 2 years in an airline in similar position;
- Strong aviation specific knowledge in expenditures and revenue accounting;
- Knowledge on local laws and regulation such as GST, Tax and Payroll is essential;
- Excellent English communication skill is essential;
- Good leadership and organizational skills is a plus;
- Knowledge of any ERP system like Oracle Financials or SAP etc.
