Responsibilities:
- Sales Promoter Management:
- Develop and monitor sales promoter activity
- Maximize sales promoter performance to sell the products
- Target setting, KPI monitoring & sales data analysis
- Training Management:
- Develop trainers and training material
- Run and monitor sales training activities
- University graduate, any major
- Min. 3 years experience in Training are highly appreciated
- Have a strong passion in people development, sales data analysis and sense of connectedness to work together as a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Good command in English, computer literate
- Willing to travel extensively
