Responsibilities:
- Conducting Training Needs Analysis
- Creating Training Module
- Training program implementation
- Evaluating Training
- Creating a report
- Other support tasks menhalankan activities Training & Development
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Training & Development or equivalent. Job role in Training & Development or equivalent.
