Head of Marketing
Jakarta Pusat (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate technical/conceptual marketing skills and company product knowledge
- Develop an annual marketing plan in conjunction with the sales department. This should detail the year’s activities to meet company objectives
- Budget management. To deliver all marketing activities within the agreed budget
- Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
- Conduct market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products
- Develop and implement a company-wide plan to push product, working with all departments for its execution
- To analyse potential strategic partner relationships for product lines.
Requirements:
- Male/Female, under 45 years old
- University Graduate (S1 or S2) in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or Economics
- Must possess a minimum of 10 years combined senior management and communications experience in Marketing and Sales field of multinational FMCG companies
- Must possess demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of traditional and digital marketing, communications, product development and public relations activities
- Must possess effective ability to communicate orally or in written form with co-management, internal and external customers
- English proficiency (oral and written) is a must. A good knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
- Creative/OUT-OF-THE-BOX thinker, self-motivated, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills
- Willingness to travel and work long hours
- Be an excellent communicator
