Sales Manager (Automotive Parts & Components Industries)
(Bekasi)Responsibilities:
- Representing front of customers and achieving the agreed targets (commercial, quality, etc.)
- Strictly adhere to the EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) policy and guidelines
- The range is wide in term of initiatives to achieve the set targets:
Commercial : prices are to be agreed with the Export Sales Manager and Sales & Logistics General Manager.
Development : design, specifications and all other development-related matters are to be agreed with the Project Manager
Quality : specifications and action plans are to be agreed with the Quality team
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Others or equivalent
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bekasi
- Preferably Managers specializing in Sales Manager for Automotive (Automotive Parts & Components Industries)
- Knowledge of the automotive industry (Automotive Parts & Components Industries)
- Experience in sales or product development, preferably in the automotive industry
- Communication skills : externally with customers of different horizons (Japanese OEM, Western OEM, local Aftermarket distributors), internally with SGST (sales, development, quality and supply chain teams)
- Language : English is mandatory; Japanese or Thai are considered positively
- Knowledge of glass is considered positively
- Knowledge of 6 Sigma, 8D report, 5 Whys or other quality problem analysis method
