One of the leading insurance companies in Indonesia is looking for the best talent for the position of Senior IT Project Manager. The company is seeking candidates with the initiative to plan, execute and finalize assigned projects. The incumbent will be responsible to deliver service excellence in the provision and maintenance of the company’s servers, IT components and system management. This is an exciting and rewarding opening for an experienced IT professional.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for developing and producing a plan for the acquisition, implementation, and maintenance of the technological infrastructure that meets established business functional and technical requirements and is in accord with the organization’s strategy technology direction
  • Accountable for developing and implementing strategic and tactical plans for infrastructure maintenance ensuring that changes are controlled in line with the organization’s change management procedure.
  • Account for and protect all IT infrastructure assets and be responsible for the optimization of the IT infrastructure, resources and capabilities
  • Responsible for continuously monitoring the performance and capacity of IT resources in order to maintain and tune current performance within IT
  • Ensure minimum business impact in the event of an IT service disruption or change
  • Responsible for defining, implementing and maintaining procedures for IT operations
  • Responsible for preparing an infrastructure budget
  • Ensure that critical and confidential information is withheld from those who should not have access to it
  • Ensure satisfaction of end users, stakeholders, management, and external parties with infrastructure service offerings and service level
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in IT or related field (minimum)
  • Fifteen years’ experience (minimum), preferably within financial industry
  • ITIL certification
  • Experience managing IT Operation and Data Center
  • Knowledge and experience of IT infrastructure strategy and management
  • Knowledge and experience in managing server, security, and telecommunication based infrastructure
  • Knowledge of managing server operating system and application
  • Experience working with external IT service providers
  • Experience with infrastructure capacity planning, monitoring and performance tuning tools, techniques and processes
  • Familiarity with infrastructure testing processes/tools
  • Familiar with PMBOK or Prince methodologies
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A high level of drive, energy and personal commitment to success
  • Experience at working both independently and in team
  • Great leadership skills
  • Flexible during times of change
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
