IT SPV – Network Administrator

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to user requests for problem/issue troubleshooting & solutions, as well as taking escalation from Helpdesk/IT user support.
  • Ensures all technical issues related with hardware server, PC/laptop, networking devices, and standard software applications are solved within timely manner, Enforce & implement IT Security policy.
  • Coordinates Infrastructure & Technical Support activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and supervise the work of his/her subordinates.
  • Evaluate & suggest appropriate technology and IT products for continuous improvement.
  • Assists in the development and planning for new upgrades, capacity growth, enhancement performance, high availability for all Infrastructure system.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or Telecommunication,  with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Male/Female, age min. 25 max. 29 years old.
  • Have a good concept and understanding in IT networking (configuration of Cisco Firewall, Router & Switches), Microsoft infrastructure product (Ms. Windows Server 2003, 2008, Active Directory, File Server, ISA server, etc).
  • Has minimum 2 years experiences in Window Server administration & troubleshooting, administering mail server, internet related infrastructures, SQL Server, .Net Framework applications.
  • Have good analytical thinking and problem solving skill.
  • Have good interpersonal relationship, communication skill & customer oriented mindset.
  • Have good initiatives, fast learner, able to adapt easily, independent as well as strong teamwork capability.
  • Able to communicate in English (both oral and written). 
Technical Support Staff

Responsibilities:
  • Support problem solving to all Nissan’s dealer.
  • Collect and prepare all technical problem from each Nissan’s dealer and distribute it back to Nissan’s dealer.
  • Prepare the Technical Service Bulletin (TSB).
  • Prepare the Product Information Bulletin (PIB).
  • Conduct audit activities, such as SST list, equipment, etc.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Mechanical Engineering, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00.
  • Male, Single, Age 25-30 years old.
  • Has more than 2 years experience in the same related field.
  • Have strong analytical thinking, numerical ability, logic of verbal, good perspective, and more on accuracy.
  • Fluent in English is a must (both oral and written).
  • Have good communication skill, interpersonal skill and able to work in a team.
  • Computer literate, fast learned, can work under pressure, available work overtime, hard working, and willing to travel.
  • Has enthusiasm in automotive.
