Account Manager for Oil & Gas Industries

Responsibilities:
- As an Account Manager you will be responsible in driving the business and increasing Fujitsu shared of wallet in the assigned territory or vertical industry. Your responsibility will include creating and maintaining close relationship with customers, generating demands / projects, creating and managing account and opportunities plan as well as achieving target / quota assigned, conduct post sales activities to maintain and ensure client loyalty, satisfaction and mutually beneficial solid long term relationship.
- You will work closely with Fujitsu strong Technology Consultants and Product Managers internally.
Requirements:
- You must have at least 5 (five) years experience as an account manager in Oil & gas industries, max 40 years old.

- Understand industry trends and competitor activity and apply them in sales plan development
- Understand sales and marketing principles and also good in networking.

- As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will be responsible in supporting Sales Team on proposal and solutions to customer. Your responsibility will include meeting with customer to understand their requirements and come out with proposal, presenting the solution and design to customer, and generating bill of materials for quotations. You are contributing significantly to customer satisfaction.
- You will work closely with LOB specialist to win the business in manufacturing industry (MFG) area, especially JOC segment.
- You are required to have deep knowledge in manufacturing process (Sales order, purchase order, AR and AP; production planning; inventory and warehouse; and distribution). You must have at least diploma degree, minimal 5 (five) years experience in related field.
- You are required to have deep technical skills that can be translated into customer solutions, and communicate technically and businesses to customer. You must have good analytical and problem solving skill. You must be able to work with minimal supervision and have willingness to travel. You must have ability to understand and capture business and technical requirements. You are self motivated, quick learner, and proactive.
- You are required to have excellent interpersonal skill to built professional relationship, and have customer handling skill. You must have excellent command of written and spoken in English and presentation skills.
Project Manager for Enterprise Solution (SAP)

Responsibilities:
- Create project plan (project charter).
- Manage implementation projects from initiation to closure, including analysis afterward.
- Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved by stakeholders
- Supervise all personnel assigned to the task, and ensure that people are assigned productively.
- Clearly communicate expectation to team member and stakeholders.
- Communicate progress to team member and stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Plan interim timetables to ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Lead and coach team member (company personnel and outside contractors) on proactive basis.
- Be accountable for project results
- Professionals who can primarily apply their technical skills in pre-sales activities as well as working with an internal or external customer billable services and implementation environment; 5-7 years of relevant work experience with at least 5 years of SAP experience and having 5 full-cycle project. Should have excellent communication skills and team-working capabilities; willing to travel and work abroad.
