Responsibilities:
- Coordinating all HR process (recruitment, people development, talent pool, and termination) in manufacturing area
- Male or Female, 26-30 years old
- Bachelor degree majoring Psychology with min. GPA 3.00 from reputable university
- Have experience in the same field for min.2-3 years
- Own the skill of training, interviewing competency based
- Good in leadership, high initiative, have personal influence, proactive, high passion for excellence
- Will be placed in manufacturing area (Cakung, Jakarta Timur)
