HR Business Partner
Jakarta Raya - South Jakarta

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling all HR-related inquires from the assigned business unit and to tackle them properly Responsible to coordinate and support the respective business unit and work close with the Management To assist respective business unit in industrial relation, recruitment matter, leadership & development, etc.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor degree from reputable university
• At least 4 years experience as a HR business partner or HR Generalist
• Expert in Microsoft Office applications especially in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
• Expert in SAP system applications
• Good analytical, organizational and planning skills
• Able to work in detail, multitask, and under pressure situation
• Good personnel process and consulting skills
• Good working attitude and good interpersonal skill
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken is a must
• Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesia Labor Law and HR matters
