Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting in planning, managing, monitoring and controlling initiatives / project in Strategy Business Development and Innovation.
- Ensuring that initiatives / project are executed in line with established PMA
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in any Major (Master of business administration or Master in Management is preferable)
- 2 years experiences in change management or marketing communication.
- Computer Literacy : Microsoft Office
- Advanced in English both oral or written
- Fast Learner

Market Analyst
Jawa Barat
Responsibilities:
- Assisting market intelligence manager & senior market analysts to research market trends and prepare possible scenarios to allow informed decision making, with specific focus on various data gathering & compilation as well as actively sourcing for relevant data that may enhance market analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from any discipline from reputable university (psychology is preferable)
- 1 to 2 years working experience in qualitative research Experienced in B2B market research is an advantage
- Computer literacy : MS Office, Lotus Notes
- Good command in English oral and written

Mechanical Crew

Responsibilities:
- Responsible in the proper repair and maintenance of operating machineries & civil activities especially from raw material, finish mill and Packhouse Area
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical
- Minimum 1 years in current position, 2 years’ experience in Repair & Maintenance of Cement plant Machineries
- Computer Literacy : MS Office, Maintenance System
- Good command of written & spoken English
- Team work, Reliable, Committed
- Good working relation with superiors & sub ordinate (contractor) high maintenance and safety standards
Environment Development Team Leader
Jawa Barat - Narogong
Responsibilities:
- To provide professional environmental support for the Narogong operations, focusing on plant appearance, Housekeeping including Internal Waste Management, Quarry Rehabilitation and sustainable environment performance
- To contribute in the establishment of plant environment performance which provides information and recommendation for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Degree Graduated School of Chemical Analyst/Senior High School in relevant subject with 8 years experience
- Min 1 year in current position 2-3 years’ experience in cement industry, with a focus on environment & civil.
- Communicating & Negotiating would be better, plus working under pressure.
- Computer literacy & reporting
- Fluency in written and spoken Indonesia, Sudanese & English
- Understanding of cement operation impact on environment
- Understanding of regulation related with environmental
- Knowledge on basic civil works & landscaping
- Knowledge on basic Agriculture
