Requirements / criteria for applicants are:

a. Requirements / Special criteria:

• Education last a minimum of D3
• Graduate education Management Accounting, Development Studies, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, and Business Management
• Have a grade point average (GPA) of at least 2.8
• Maximum age 28 years on June 13, 2011
• Following the assessment of potential selection

b. Requirements / General Criteria:

• Undergoing a bond of 2 years after it passed
