Contact Center Garuda Indonesia Airlines
(Jakarta Raya - Citywalk - Sudirman)Responsibilities:
- Serving incoming calls from customers with good Garuda Indonesia
- Provide appropriate information needed by the customer relating to products Garuda Indonesia
- Serving the Garuda Indonesia airline ticket reservation Airlines
- Handling complaints well
- Provide the best service and satisfaction to customers
- Male / Female
- Maximum age 35 years at the time of hiring
- Minimum D3 any major, GPA min 2.50 (for D3) and GPA min 2.00 (for graduate S1)
- Look attractive
- Willing to work shift
- Having a good quality sound / clear articulation
- Skills using computer
- Have the ability to speak English
- Having a general knowledge of airline ticket reservation
- Graduated from the whole series of selection tests
- Having call center experience preferred
