Lean Manufacturing Assistant Manager
(Jawa Barat - Cikarang)Responsibilities:
- A lean manufacturer is someone who has the task of helping in improving the safety, operations costs and product quality of the company. He is responsible for analyzing the transactional and production processes and he has to identify and address any problems.
Requirements:
- Male, age max 38 years old
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Must have experience at least 3 years, intensive in Lean Manufacturing
- Good knowledge about the lean manufacturing tools and processes
- ISO TS 16949 and QC 7 tools
- ISO 9001, ISO 14000, and OHSAS 18000
- Advanced Skill of Communication and Managing People Behavior
- He should be equipped with strong communication skills
- He should be a self – motivated person
- He should possess leadership skills and be willing to drive innovation and change
- Fluent in English both Oral and Written
- Must be good in computer skills
