Finance Supervisor
(Jakarta Raya)Responsibilities:
Job Description:
- Checking the daily reports of cash made by the cashier with supporting documents.
- Perform daily cash hospitalization.
- Making Cash Flows reports the company as a whole.
- Checking request for payment from the cash register.
- Examine all reports made by the Admin staff.
- Checking the data in the entry by the cashier and admin staff on the system.
- Creating a bank reconciliation statements, receivables and payables balances.
- Make the calculation of the goods for inspection by the FA Supervisor.
- Creating financial reports each month.
- Making the income statement per project.
- Make laporang expenditure per project per month.
- Ensure all corporate tax liabilities (deposit & report) is done in a timely and correct.
- Create invoices (bills) and monitor its acceptance.
- Bank guarantees care of manufacture, certificate of support for banks and other bank documents for the tender
Requirements:
General Qualifications:
- Male / Female.
- Minimum S 1 Accounting.
- 2 Years Experience in Finance
- Computer literate and familiar with the Zahir.
- Know and understand the principles of finance and accounting.
- Master of taxation. (Having a certification Brevet A / B preferred)
- Accurate and mapu work under pressure.
- Having experience in billing
- Have self-confidence, high motivation, have expertise in communicating, and have the expertise to negotiate.
