Product Marketing Staff
(Subject: Product Marketing Staff)Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
- Responsible for specific product marketing, advertising, promotional and related activities.
- Evaluates customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan changes as needed.
- Bachelor degree major in Marketing or Engineering from reputable university with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00.
- Fresh Graduate, preferable female.
- Has out of the box creativity.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Has big interest and knowledge in automotive.
- Has good presentation skill.
- Has good negotiation & interpersonal skill, communicative, and able to work in team.
- Fast learner and hard worker.
- Willing to travel.
- Can work under pressure.
Area Coordinator
(Subject: Area Coordinator)Responsibilities:
- Dealer visit
- Monitor market situation
- Dealer Sales progress monitoring
- Retail/whole slaes progress
- Stock monitoring
- Dealer booking by model
- RVI and sales DOS implementation monitoring support Dealer to conduct
- Sales program/incentive and follow up
- Training and follow up
- Exhibition and follow up
- Bachelor degree from reputable university with GPA minimum 3.00 out of 4.00.
- Have more than 3 years experience in the same related, preferable in automotive industry.
- Male, age 27-40 years old.
- Has good interpersonal skill, negotiation skill, communicative.
- Has organization experience.
- Fluent in English is a must (both oral and written).
- Computer literate, fast learned, can work under pressure, hard working, able to work in team, willing to travel, and available work overtime.
- Have analitical thinking, numerical ability, logic of verbal, and good perspective.
- Has big enthusiasm with automotive industry.
Service Marketing Assistant Manager
(Subject: Service Marketing AM)Responsibilities:
- Develop Planning for promotion scheme for aftersales image improvement
- Develop Campaign activities for Dealers
- PMS Schedule & Service Shop Pricing Standardization
- Prepare Materials for Yearly Dealer's Gathering
- Benchmarking to market condition regarding aftersales activities
- Propose & study improvement ideas based on field findings & input from erational activities
- CFT Related projects
- Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Engineering, with GPA minimum 3.00 out of 4.00
- Has more than 5 years experiences in automotive industry (especially in marketing area)
- Age 25 – 35 years old
- Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill and able to work in team
- Fluent in English is a must (both oral and written)
- Has good analytical thinking and creative thinking to propose new ideas
- Has cooperative mindset, logical mindset, and strong decision making
- Has driving license and willing to travelling
