Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for operational work in some of the branch manager / branch offices.
  • Directly responsible for the operational functioning of the branch office (Finance & Accounting, HRGDA, Warehouse and expeditions in several branch offices) in regional

Requirements:
  • Men / Women, After Max, 38 years
  • Minimum S1 Accounting
  • Have a minimum of 3 years experience as an Operational Manager / Branch Operational Manager, or a statistic that same year (Regional Operational Manager).
  • Able to run the operational branch office, and coordinate the work function depatement Finance, Logistics and HR.
  • Distribution of company experience - Consumer Good.
  • Understand costing, review and control cash flow (forecast and realization), budget control procedures and able to take control of Acoount and costs.
  • Having knowledge and experience about the process of the banking operations of financial instruments, preferably SAP master
  • Analysis has the ability and strong problem-solving
  • Have a good personality, self-motivated, independent, able to work under pressure with accuracy and commitment tingg.
  • Spirited leadership, critical, like a challenge.
  • Regional areas: Sumatra (Sumatra Home Base / New York), Borneo
