Responsibilities:
- Develops plans, coordinates and directs the engineering work for a major project, or several smaller, but complex projects, or for the designwithin a specific discipline. This will include work assignments,staffing, scheduling and review.
- Develops new or improved techniques or procedures for application inunique engineering problems.
- Maintains engineering records, lists and reports as required to ensurecompliance with the operation's schedule, adherence to the budget,adherence to procurement specification, or to ensure engineering problemsare monitored and resolved.
- To monitor the performance of designs contractors and suggest remedialactions related to electrical design
- Bachelor Degree from Electrical Engineering discipline
- Having more than 7 years related experiences
- Must possess superior engineering skills and be capable of interacting with all engineering disciplines.
- Knowledge of electrical component and PCB fabrication techniques and technical standards. Familiar with Rockwell Automation and Allan Bradley System.
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and specifications: functionality, power, timing, package dimensions Effective planning, organizing, delegating, and time management skills.
- Good knowledge of Manufacturing Process
- Computer Literate is a must
- Good in English, both verbal and writing
Senior Mechanical Engineer
Bogor (Jawa Barat)
Responsibilities:
- Provide mechanical design, technical analysis and resolution ofengineering problems
- Must determine costs of development, environmental effects of the product,and troubleshoot problems with development, manufacturing, testing and production
- Perform classical engineering analysis on designs, conduct engineeringstress analysis, fatigue, vibration analysis using both conventional engineering analysis and through computer simulation
- Provide direction and coaordination of a team of engineers and designers to successfully complete maintenance tasks.
- Bachelor Degree from Mechanical Engineering discipline
- Having more than 7 years related experiences
- Must possess superior engineering skills and be capable of interacting with all engineering disciplines.
- Must have an advanced knowledge of mechanical engineering and design and be familiar with applicable Codes, standards, and acceptable industry practices.
- Effective planning, organizing, delegating, and time management skills.
- Good knowledge of Manufacturing Process

Process Specialist

Responsibilities:
- To facilitate the operational efficiencies of the manufacturing facilityby application of world class business practices, leading through example to establish a culture of continuous improvement in a safe working environment.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (or relevant experiences)
- Experience minimum 3 years as Production Supervisor (preferably on Manufacturing or Heavy Equipment Industry)
- Self motivated, receives satisfaction from finishing work and from getting
- Good results, can be counted on to exceed goals successfully
- Good leadership skills
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Computer Literate (MS Office is a must)
- Willing to work under pressure with minimum supervision
