Group Product Manager (Pharmacy- Ethical)

Tangerang (Banten) - Bintaro Jaya Sektor 7

Requirements:

• Male / Female, age 35 - 45 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience as Group Product Manager (Ethical Product) or 5 years as Senior Product Manager in pharmaceuticals company is required for this position.
• Excellent Communication, Presentation and Negotiation Skills
• Willing to work with target; Proven track record of sales
• Fluent in English (oral & written)
• Willing to work in field and to travel throughout Indonesia
• Work location Bintaro, Tangerang

Responsibilities:

• Market evaluation and competitor analysis for ethical product
• Develop and propose product portfolio, plan development programs of existing and new product
• Establish and propose a target marketing, marketing budget and marketing organizational structure
• Establish standard operating procedure for marketing division
• Supervise and improve competence of product manager
